Maintenance plan is very reasonable however other repairs are extremely pricey that were recommended . Three other repairs were suggested that would have cost almost 1000 if I had had them done. The parts "tested bad" but were still operational. Kenna was professional and prompt and seemed very thorough. It is evident the techs have been trained to sell service since he offered a repair bundle package. I did not particularly care for this type of sales approach from a heating and air repair company. It is more of a sales tactic you would expect from a cell phone store or if you purchased a product from an tv ad. Kenna was not pushy but made sure to explain if these parts that potentially could go out because they tested outside of the manufacturer specs could cause other higher repair costs.
We had a wonderful experience with 72 Degrees from the the first moment we spoke with them! Our old HVAC quit working in the hottest part of the summer and it cost to much to repair so we made the decision to have it replaced. When they came to give us an estimate, they came rolling up here with 2 window units to use whether we chose their company or not! Ahhh relieve! This was Wednesday afternoon and by Friday we had a whole new unit in place. We ended up replacing 2 units, since the upstairs was also 14 years old and being repaired every year. Yes expensive but not because of 72 Degress! They went above and beyond and they are highly trained and qualified. We have learned so much from them with buying and taking care of our system. Glad we found them!!
Your service person Don was very efficient at getting our home cool again quickly as possible & we appreciated that very much. He is a very pleasant person & explains things well. Therefore, we would like for him to service our system each & everytime whenever possible. Thank You!

Mr. Capps was on time for the service call and was very helpful in answering some questions that I had about my heat pump.
The technician that came to the house was both knowledgeable & honest. He took the time to diagnose the problem, and make the necessary repairs. He was very neat and courteous as well.
