Maintenance plan is very reasonable however other repairs are extremely pricey that were recommended . Three other repairs were suggested that would have cost almost 1000 if I had had them done. The parts "tested bad" but were still operational. Kenna was professional and prompt and seemed very thorough. It is evident the techs have been trained to sell service since he offered a repair bundle package. I did not particularly care for this type of sales approach from a heating and air repair company. It is more of a sales tactic you would expect from a cell phone store or if you purchased a product from an tv ad. Kenna was not pushy but made sure to explain if these parts that potentially could go out because they tested outside of the manufacturer specs could cause other higher repair costs.
