Scott came to perform my semi annual maintenance. He arrived on time and checked everything thoroughly. An added plus from the company, I had purchased a heat pump a year or so back. Good guys, very respectful with masks, booties and drop cloth for attic stairs. Great communication. I have had the pleasure to deal with Sean a few times, Scotts demeanor is similar. One thing - and its on me - I forgot about the appt, a reminder call the day before would be great.
