It was a really good experience. I get nervious when having to deal with house repairs. Sean was so helpful and was not doing everything in a rush. He stayed until he answered all my questions. You can tell he also took off his shoes as to not dirty the carpet (my first whole floor os carpet). Next time I need anything to do with my a/c and heating I'll be calling A/C and Heat Solutions. Couldnt have been happier with the customer service. Thank you Sean and the nice guy who scheduled my appointment he too was really polite.

Upon arrival, I found that the drain was completely blocked with debris, preventing the condensate from draining properly. I used a plunger to clear the blockage, and then I used a drain snake to remove any remaining debris. After that, I flushed the drain with a solution to ensure that it was clear. Finally, I tested the air-conditioning system to ensure that the drain was working properly. The homeowner was very grateful for my quick and efficient service, and I was able to resolve the issue in just a few hours.
