Upstairs EZ Trap was found to be heavily restricted and quite near shutting the system off. The dehumidifier beneath the home was also discovered to have a drainage issue, and had shut itself off already. No further issues were presently detected with the equipment in the home. Systems are in good working order.
No issues were detected with the equipment at this time. The air filters were found to be removed from the system and are heavily restricted. This seems to have been the only problem with the equipment. Air filters need to be replaced regularly. Every 45 Days on Average.

2005 system was found without power to the thermostats, and subsequently the zone control panel. A transformer fuse was determined to be blown and was replaced. No further issues were detected with the system components at this time, system is currently in good working order. It should be noted that the equipment is come of age, and will require replacement in the foreseeable future.

Upon performing Maintenance and Repairs both thermal expansion valves were determined to indeed be defective and in need of replacement.
Returned per owners request in order to inspect ductwork. Ductwork was found to be ripped in multiple locations due to wildlife and attic.
Added a pound of refrigerant and advised client that system may not maintain 72° during peak summer days.
After performing a thorough inspection of both systems it was determined that both filter dryers are restricted (downstairs more so), as well as the condenser coils. Systems will run better than ever after performing these repairs. No further issues were presently detected.
