Excellent interaction

Great service

Great service from technician Lionel. He suggested we replace the UV light but we declined because of cost. Also, he asked us to sign his tablet for the service call and your e-mail had indicated that we wouldn't have to do that because of Covid-19 issues.

Customer said system was not cooling and turned off last night. The filter was replaced yesterday according to owner. Started system. Checked pressures. Checked drain line. System is operating properly at this time. Temperature in home is 76. Temp was 79 at arrival. Recommended a maintenance plan, customer said she will get in touch when she decides.

Performed hard reset of thermostat, which was in a hard lockout. No further issues were detected with the equipment at this time. If issue reoccurs it is recommended to replace the thermostat with a Honeywell T6 Wi-Fi.

Upon arrival I found there to be an old watermark in the ceiling and they were concerned about their lights in their kitchen and assumed it would be from the heating and cooling system. Upon further inspection I found the unit to be working just fine with no water issues. Also strongly advised them to change their filters more frequently because that could potentially ice up the system causing a water issue. Photos are in service titan

Issue was not hvac related. Climbed back to where the issue was occurring and found I pipe coming from the roof that I can see sunlight through. Also had a vent that was rattling really bad so I fixed that while I was here

2011 carrier system SS2 tripping intermittently due to water not draining fast enough flushed drain line removed hard scale and rust flakes coming from deteriorating evaporator coil . drain is flowing properly now. miss Ellen is going to call the office at the end of the summer to set up comfort adviser to price replacing system

Performed prepaid maintenance on a 2008 Goodman heat pump split system. Found both the outdoor compressor and outdoor fan motor to be pulling more amps than they should. The filter dryer on the outdoor unit is pretty heavily corroded. The indoor unit has taken some water damage on the inside there’s also some damage to the secondary pan. Ultimately the system is doing all I can do both capacitors are OK refrigerant pressures are running a little low. I have went over these issues with the homeowner and recommended replacement of the system. She will consider her options and let us know what she would like to do .

2016 Goodman Outdoor unit was making a loud noise when starting. Checked pressures. Checked amp draws. Checked capacitor. Replaced owner provided filter. Unit was slightly overcharged. Recovered refrigerant to get suction down to 130. Let system run to monitor pressures. Started and stopped system multiple times, system is not making noise anymore upon startup.

Checked all electrical numbers and Freon pressure cleared drain line had to re do the condensate pump was sitting on the dehumidifier water wasn’t draining in to the pump fixed it and system is operating properly at this time

Took down light over bar and put blank plate up replaced chandelier over kitchen table
