Conscientious service

This was the first service by A+ of our multiple systems. The scope of work required nearly a full day to complete. Kevin worked diligently throughout the day and provided useful feedback regarding our systems, answering our questions and offering recommendations where appropriate. He repaired 2 items during the service. He was professional and polite.

Perform tuneup on two 2003 train heat pump split systems. For the downstairs it’s a package unit the compressor is running higher amps and it should also the filter dryer is showing signs of corrosion as well as the evaporator coil. On the upstairs unit the evaporator coil is in really bad shape . Both systems are running at this time though failure will happen in the near future due to these corrosion issues. Recommending replacement of both systems due to age and condition and overall efficiency. Homeowner is not ready to move forward since units are working.
