Reviewed all thermostat settings and checked alert history. The high-pressure switch was determined to be the primary source of the most recent series of issues. When no HP switch is detected, the heat pump soon enters an emergency lockout mode. Verified/adjusted system wiring before performing a complete start up of the equipment. A loose wiring connection was repaired in the high-pressure switch circuit and the primary float switch was wired to break power to the outdoor unit. No further issues were presently detected with the equipment at this time, the system is currently in good working order.
