I have not been to Holden Beach this year because of the Cov-19. The unit was installed last year and this is the first chance that I have had for a check-up. Kevin called me and was very professional in describing the condition of my unit after servicing . I have talked to several of your techs and they were all courteous and professional. I was not impressed with another company that I attempted to use at Holden and will not use them again. I do wish that you could or would put an extra coating on the "dryer can" in the outside refrigerant line. They seem to rust easily in the beach environment. This service should be at no cost because it is the first opportunity that I have had for service since install.

The systems are under warranty we did not register the units when we put them in but it has a 10 year warranty on it so we have to order the part

Performed maintenance in heating on 2 systems Down stairs system has a leak in it Upstairs unit has some growth in it and the outdoor defrost board and sensor are bad Both outdoor coils are corroding pretty badly and fans are starting to fall off coil Customer wants prices on new systems replacement

System is a 2012 and is under warranty until 7/13/2012 verified by Mike at Carrier in Wilmington- copy of warranty from Carrier website attached to clients file. They bought a brand new system with us

Replaced tops and condenser motors on two 2015 Rudd heat pump split systems. No charge per little John. Both outdoor units are in very bad shape due to heavy corrosion from being right across from the ocean. Recommending replacement on both units. Customer will call to set up a comfort advisor when he is ready to replace

The thermostat will not connect to the homeowners IPhone, I tryed another thermostat and was having the same issues. Homeowner is to call Atmc to see if there is some kind of security setting affecting it if not we will need to get a different brand.
