Joshua was very polite, explained everything very well in good detail!
Lionel was very polite and knowledgeable answering all my questions.
A+ Heating & Cooling is a great company. They are responsive and have knowledgeable, personable and patient employees. All of my interactions with A+ employees over the years have been very positive. Lionel is one of the best. He knows the equipment and how to quickly repair it. He takes the time to explain in a way that a non-technical person can understand, he offers advice on how to mitigate possible future problems and listens to questions and concerns about the equipment.

2019 Goodman Downstairs unit blowing hot air on a cooling call. Checked thermostat and found it programmed for straight air. Programmed thermostat for a heat pump. Started and checked system. No issues found. Unit is working properly at this time. Customer renewed Silver membership.
2013 Rheem 2 systems Checked pressures. Checked voltage and connections throughout. Checked amp draw on compressors and fan motors. Checked safety switches. Cleared drains. Checked heat strips. Evaporator coils on both systems are rusted. The primary drain pan in the upstairs system is rusted as well. This could possibly cause the air handler to flood when AC is being used. Due to the age of the systems, the condition of coils, and loss of efficiency replacement is recommended. Mrs. Potts is going to discuss later with her husband. Will also call to schedule a time for a comfort advisor to price replacements when they will be in town.
2/2020 Lennox system Corrected programming on M30 thermostat downstairs.system is working properly and reaching set temperature. 10/10/10 customer
Preformed a winter maintenance on a Ruud heat pump. Indoor unit:I checked amps on blower motor and heat strips, I checked coils, I checked drain pan and drain line, I checked float switch, I checked Uv light, I checked electrical wires and connections. Outdoor unit: I checked amps on compressor and fan motor, I checked capacitor, I checked around the contactors and the board, I looked into the unit for rubbed wires and rust, I vacuumed the drain line and washed the unit down with water. Everything is working properly at this point in time.
Warranty defrost board and coils Warranty defrost board Need come back and replace liquid valve and king valve He is calling the office to pay
Found there to be a leak on the high pressure switch. Needs a repair kit Replaced high pressure switch. Pressurized system with nitrogen to leak check. Pulled vacuum on system. Charged system per manufacturer specs with 410a. Started system and let run in AC and in heat. Checked pressures and supply temps. Unit is working properly at this time.
Performed routine maintenance on 2 systems. Found the upstairs system not operating due to the high pressure switch leaking. System had no refrigerant. Did a leak search with nitrogen and found the leak. Downstairs system is working properly at this time although both units are corroded and have potential concerns in the future
