Goodman gas package Checked systems and found on one system the 5 amp fuse on control board was not plugged in properly. Corrected fuse and started system. Unit is working properly at this time. Second system had no power at unit. Breaker was not tripped. Turned breaker off and back on and system started. Units are working at this time.
Performed routine maintenance on a Bryant package unit. Checked filter, checked thermostat, checked elements and blower amps, checked the evaporator coil, checked drain pan and blew out the drain line, checked/tightened electrical connections, checked capacitor, checked fan and compressor amps, checked pressures and reversing valve, cleaned condenser coil

Demand call on a 2001 ICP product with a mortex system. Found the blower motor not responding motor had a bad 10 µF capacitor. Replaced bad capacitor blower motor is now operating normally. System has several condition issues heavy corrosion has taken over the evaporator coil. System is cooling OK at this time.
