2007 system was found to be low on R22 refrigerant. The evaporator coil was determined to be the source of the leak. The secondary pan under the air handler in the attic has rusted completely through and is leaking water into the home. Repairs to the system or not recommended due to the age and condition, equipment is ready for replacement.
