Checked install. No drain connections made at this time
Ductwork beneath the home was found to be in poor condition. The return is partially collapsed and multiple ducts are torn or missing from the Trunkline. The equipment is currently in good working order, however the duct system is in need of update
Prepaid maintenance on a 2007 train heat pump split system. Found on the outdoor unit a 35 ÂµF capacitor was bad ,also a 10 ÂµF was bad as well. Replaced both capacitors, found on the indoor unit the evaporator coil is in really bad shape due to corrosion . Also all the insulation in the floor of the air handler is heavily damaged due to water. Evaporator coil is at fail point and can leak at any time. Recommending replacement of system due to the use of old refrigerant as well as upcoming repairs . Customer will speak to his wife and let us know what he would like to do.
Ran circuit for indoor unit, had to re run drain line that was blocking access door to electrical compartment. Also checked drain for leaks before I left by pouring water into drain at unit. Hold off on inspection until we get the outdoor meter/main panel cover in.
HOLD OFF INSPECTION. Need to return to run circuit for mortex. #8 copper feeding unit right now. Also need to install cover for exterior panel. Replaced whip and disconnect.
Checked install. Incorrect wiring method installed to air handler. I took pictures even though we arenâ€™t responsible for electrical on this install. Customer was not here at the time.
Checked install. Informed customer on what wire sizes and breaker sizes to use since heâ€™s doing the electrical hook up for the new equipment. Told installers to sleeve line set going into block and to fasten unit down to stand.
2019 system was determined to be very slightly overcharged with refrigerant. No further issues were detected with the equipment at this time. Due to the heavy volume of leaves falling inside of the condenser, it is necessary to install some form of protection in order to maximize the life of the equipment. Leaves in the bottom of the condenser hold water, which rust and corrode components, such as the condenser coil at a rapid rate over time.
2019 systems are in good working order. No issues were detected with the equipment at this time. Motor in downstairs condensate pump was found to be near failure. Replaced condensate pump. Also installed germicidal UV light downstairs.
Replaced disconnect, breakers, and whips. Replaced keyless fixture and installed gfi

Changed disconnect, breakers and whips. Double install. Need 3 key heater kit for upstairs air handler.
