Nice Serviceman, Polite, service was done quickly. Thank You Young man.
Joe was quick to fix the problem and knew immediately what was wrong.
I wouldn't mind if he was the only one that serviced our account
Joe was professional and funny. Very knowledgeable and the price was right. My unit was fixed on the spot. Happy customer and happy dogs.
very informative and knowledgeable
My 2 year old Ruud heat pump failed because of what was likely a latent manufacturing defect in the reversing valve in the condensing unit. Because the warranty covered parts but not labor, I was faced with a bill of close to $1000. The service technician, Chris Thompson, not only quickly identified and corrected the problem, he convinced his management to cover the labor costs, leaving me with a bill for only the refrigerant. That's $250 instead of $1000. Great Service! Great Customer Relations! Very Reasonable Price! Chris Thompson is top notch. Very knowledgeable, very experienced and willing to do what's right.
After being out of town for several months, I returned on a Friday night to find my upstairs heat pump not working. Temperatures in the upstairs were in the 90s. Thankfully the downstairs unit was working. I called A+ at about 7:30 PM that evening and a service technician, Chris Thompson, arrived by 9:30 the following morning. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem as a coolant leak in the pipe joint connection to the reversing valve -- the pipe was cracked! Since my Ruud heat pumps are ONLY 2 YEARS OLD, the parts ( that they don't have!) are covered by warranty but the labor estimate to repair is $964! I'm not an HVAC expert, but I am a retired engineer and I know that pipes should not crack during normal operation. This is clearly a latent manufacturing defect and it's not fair that I bear the total cost of repair. The Manufacturer has some liability here. I plan to share this opinion verbally with A+ after the weekend to see if a reasonable resolution can be reached. $1K to fix a heat pump that's only 2 years old and the failure is a latent manufacturing defect is not reasonable. Stay tuned.
First year CC Found a loose wire on the connection at the air handler checked all connections and check system to make sure it was working properly all systems are working properly at this time
Found a 60 amp double pole breaker feeding the air handler is bad and only feeding 120 need to replace 60 amp double pole breaker Need to call customer Monday morning and give them a price on changing the breaker and collecting for the diagnostic fee
Need to run new thermostat wire from thermostat to outdoor package unit we have no emergency heat so when system goes in the defrost it blows cold air instead of Luke warm air First year cc
Replace blower motor
Warranty call. Blower is slightly pulling in the cover at air handler when it comes on. When the blower shuts off it reverts back to other position. Blower speed is set to low. Blower housing is secure. No other issues.
2017 Trane Checked pressures. Checked voltage and connections throughout. Checked amp draw on compressor and fan motors. Checked safety switch. Replaced customer provided filters. Cleared drain line. Checked heat strips. Cleaned coils. No issues found. Unit is working properly at this time.
Performed maintenance on dehumidifier All systems work properly
Two brand new units they’re both running very smooth I can’t find anything wrong with them at this time.
Performed routine maintenance on 2 trane systems. Checked filter, checked thermostat, checked elements and blower amps, checked the evaporator coil, checked drain pan and blew out the drain line, checked/tightened electrical connections, checked capacitor, checked fan and compressor amps, checked pressures and reversing valve, cleaned condenser coil
Performed maintenance in heating All systems work properly at this time
Demand call on a 2004 train heat pump split system for the upstairs. Found a thermostat wires going into the unit were heavily corroded I needed to cut all wires out and form new connections. System is operating at this time. While I was in the air handler I found the evaporator coil to be extremely corroded in my opinion the system should be replaced due to using r22 refrigerant on top of the cost it will be to replace that coil. Customer would like to let the system run until it fails.
Repaired issue system is operating normally per a little Jon
Performed prepaid maintenance on a 2020 Rudd heat pump split system and a 2010 red heat pump split system with two zones. During inspection found the 10 µF capacitor faulty on the blower motor, replaced bad capacitor, Motor is working properly. On the outdoor unit found a 30/5 µF capacitor faulty, replaced capacitor, system is working properly at this time. Overall the downstairs unit which is the newer of the two is in great condition and working normally. The upstairs system has a few condition issues one being the secondary pan underneath the air handler which is corroding ,the motors are all starting to show wear, if any major repairs come up I am recommending replacement of the system
Replaced customers thermostat with a Wi-Fi T6. Then performed a tuneup on the 2016 Rudd heat pump split system. All motors are checking out heat strips are working normally refrigerant pressures are OK no further action is needed at this time.
