Performed routine maintenance on 2 Lennox systems 2019
2018 Ruud’s 2 systems Checked pressures. Checked voltage and connections throughout. Checked amp draw on compressors and fan motors. Checked capacitors. Checked safety switches. Cleared drains. UV bulbs are still good. Units are working properly at this time. Gave estimate for duct cleaning. Units are working properly at this time.
2017 Nortek Checked system and found blown fuse in air handler. Checked all wiring and did not find any exposed wires or anything that could of caused a short blowing the fuse. Customer said there have been 3 power outages over the past few days, which could have caused fuse to blow. Replaced fuse and started system. Checked pressures and amp draw. System is working at this time. Customer signed up for membership.
Return to put large Kool Kap on unit. Collected $176.14 from previous invoice. Check# 9413 Job 72484797
Preformed a winter maintenance on 2 Lennox heat pumps. Indoor units: I checked amps on the blower motors and heat strips, I checked the Uv lights, I checked the coils, I checked the drain pans and drain lines, I checked the electrical wires and connections, I checked behind the disconnects, I checked the float switches, I checked temperature. The only thing I noticed was the low voltage wires were losing there insulation due to the Uv light, I wrapped the wires up with electrical tape and move the Uv light to a more appropriate place. Outdoor units: I checked amps on the compressors and fan motors, I checked around the contactors and the boards, I checked the electrical wires and connections, I checked the capacitors, I looked into the units for rubbed wires and rust, I vacuumed the drain lines and around the units, I washed the units down with water.
Replace a Defrost board under full warranty also had to make a splice in the thermostat wire on the outdoor unit due to the wire being so corroded and the red and yellow wire broke. All systems are working at this time
Callback on Goodman system. Checked system and found no power at thermostat. Found blown 3 amp fuse in air handler. Checked system and found low voltage short was from pressure switch. Repaired wire and replaced fuse. U it is working at this time.
2015 Lennox system 10/10/10 customer. Defrost board is faulty will have to be replaced
Come to replace the furnace drains but they did not send the plastic P-trap waiting on the plastic P-trap to fix furnace drain Jon should have all ready ordered it
2011 Payne system Control voltage fuse blown checked over wiring replaced fuse system is working, with no further issues detected. homeowner recently replaced thermostat but also had power outages that led up to replacing thermostat.
Take out the resettable fuse added the glass fuse back in tested system and heat cool electric heat and also ran the heat and electricity at the same time you did not pop and all systems are working properly
2/2017 Ruud UP17 systems downstairs unit not working properly need to replace sensors at air handler EXV temp thermistor failure
Performed diagnostic and inspection and found tstat with no power unit is getting power just not passing, eventually I found the bus fuse bad. I don’t have any rite now so I had to leave little popper until we return with one. Job completed
