The technician was on time and was very pleasant. He checked my heating and air unit thoroughly and cleaned it up nicely. It looks like new. There were no problems and he renewed my maintenance contract. A very easy experience.

Dropped off 5 kw heat kit, checked install, labeled breaker for outdoor unit, strapped whip for outdoor unit, and showed installers where line set needs to be sealed where it comes out of soffit.
2019 system is in good working order, no issues were detected with the equipment at this time. Compressor RLA: 16.7 Starting Amps: 24
Need to pull new circuits for air handler. Will check tomorrow. Donta knows what size wire and breakers to install. Also told Marc to order 5 kw heat kit.
Warranty service call. I set up WiFi and enabled the outdoor temp on the display.
Checked install. Changed breaker for outdoor unit. Will be ready for inspection
Adjusted variable air volume settings in the master controller. Customer has stated that the zones are not allocated as designed and would like this addressed promptly.
No issues were presently detected with the equipment. Adjusted defrost timer. Compressor RLA: 12.8 Start Amps: 25
After speaking with Linux technician and going through system, it is advised by Lennox to install shielded cable for communication wire.
Found breakers in panel doubled up fell short in light could not repair need second person homeowner needs subpanel to separate wires from double up breakers
Adjusted target heat pump temperature. It is advised not to cut off the upstairs soon, as this leaves very cold air returning into the rest of the home.
Performed first maintenance on Honeywell generator
Checked install. Outdoor unit not set in place yet
Increased airflow for the upstairs zone. Indoor coil temperature is 118°, supply air temperature is 98°. System took more than 20 minutes to engage auxiliary heat while performing tests. No further issues were presently detected. Ideally the upstairs airflow adjustment will satisfy the concern.
Replaced air filters. No further issues were presently detected.
