Warranty call Owner was unable to set auto temperature to run system in auto mode, he could only do one or the other. Checked stat programming. Showed homeowner how to set individual cool and heat temperature. System is working at this time.

2021 Lennox system upstairs unit not running due to disconnect breaker tripped. Reset breaker system is working properly at this time. need electrician to come and check breaker possibly replace

Perform super tuneup on a 2008 train heat pump split system. Found compressor not responding ultimately the windings are bad and the compressor. Recommending replacement of system due to age and condition and overall efficiency. Customer is going to think about it and let us know what he would like to do.

Replaced thermostat under warranty. Also traced thermostat wire to where it goes down the wall to see if we can run shielded cable ,which it looks like we can. I do not know if the wall is heavily insulated or if there are bunch of fire blocks. Both of these factors will determine whether or not we can actually run the wire down the wall.

2019 Lennox Checked fan motor amps, checked evaporator coil, checked capacitor, checked condenser motor amps, checked compressor amps, checked pressures, washed outdoor unit, checked and tested condensation pump, checked filter, checked float switch, checked inside condenser unit. Everything is working properly at this time. Customer will renew membership at a later time.

2017 Lennox package Natural gas No heat call. Checked system and found inducer motor not coming on. Checked and verified call for heat and power to inducer motor from board. Inducer motor will have to be ordered and replaced.

Outdoor TXV stuck close systems will no run in heat mode. Shut down on low pressure sensor

Demand call on a 25-year-old gas furnace system. Found the gas valve stuck closed also the inducer draft motor bearing is going out. Kept working with the gas valve until I got it to open. This temporary fix won’t last long ,I have recommended replacement of the system due to both of those parts needing to be replaced. Customer will let us know what they would like to do . See notes

Performed a hard reset on the system got the thermostat back up and working. Several of the functions on the thermostat are not working properly. I have put in a parts request to replace the I comfort S 30 thermostat.

Reprogram the zones and found that the zone with problems is working we are using it as a dump zone for the smaller zones

Move dining room thermostat to the upstairs zone in the upstairs thermostat to the dining room reprogram the main thermostat so the thermostats would be control in the right zone. Hopefully this will fix the problem

Performed routine maintenance on a 2010 trane heat pump split system . System overall is operating OK at this time. There are a few corrosion issues on the outdoor unit the factory copper is starting to go bad as well as the filter dryer. The indoor coil has some corrosion on it. Refrigerant pressures look good as well as amp draws and capacitor. Cleared the drain line ,no further action is needed.

$59 tuneup on a 2002 carrier heat pump split system. Found the evaporator coil in really bad shape also the bottom of the unit is starting to rot out as well as heavy microbial growth inside of the air handler. The accumulator on the outdoor unit is in very bad shape. Recommending replacement of system due to these issues. Customer is asked to speak to a comfort adviser about possible replacement . The appointment is set for November 11 at 10 AM. She will be contacting her home warranty to see if there’s anything they will do for her.
