Great service by tech
The day before Thanksgiving my package Unit on the roof of my condo went out. A team came that day and gave me the bad news , it could not be fixed, replacement was necessary. A long story short, my new unit was installed with a crane no less without ruining my holiday or my bank account! Thanks A team!
I have a trust with A Team. They do what needs to be done; and don't take advantage.
The A-Team responded quickly to my service request, and the service technician, Greg, was friendly and very professional, quickly resolving my AC problems and clearly explaining to me the costs associated with the service. The A-Team and Greg were indeed my heroes on a hot summer day.
Jeff, arrived in an on time manner (called 30 minutes prior to actual arrival). He wore foot coverings to protect our floors. While performing routine semi-annual service, noticed three necessary repairs/upgrades. Discussed cost of each. Prices sounded good. Had parts/supplies with him and immediately did the work. No need to schedule another visit. Did the work right then. I look forward to the next semi-annual visit by Jeff or another team member. Jeff, keep up the great work! You are an asset to your company. Thanks. Ed and Colleen
We've been using A-Team for years and they are top quality people, year in and year out. Product, Services & pricing are great but mostly they are just good people that care about the quality of their work and about their reputation and it shows.
