Installed new t4pro thermostat Fixed drain Found leak in coil with leak detector Blower cap 10uf reading 9.37 +/- 5% capacitor is out of tolerance System has no filters installed Ac and heat both come on 40/5 capacitor reading 39.64/5.13 Condenser fan amps 1.24 max per data plate is 1.50 Compressor amps 7.06 max per data plate is 12.2 System low on r22 House has no water so I can’t wash condenser I recommend replacing system bc it’s 10yrs old and has not been taken care of Replacement of full system New air handler and heat pump comes with 10yrs parts and 10yrs labor warranty Will replace box under unit do to water damage Bring return plenum to match Will install surge protector on heat pump to prophecy compressor and control board System comes with new thermostat Filters needed 2-24x14x1

Pressure switch had debri inside so I blew it out and system comes on then pressure switch closes and system cuts off mid cycle... need to replace pressure switch.... replaced pressure switch and got system to fire up consistently but it only runs for 10-20secs and cuts off

4 ton upflow, with propane conversion. Set furnace coil and outdoor condenser with pad and thermostat wire. Update 96% furnace to existing quote. Customer is going to be responsible for all duct work.
