System needs replaced to be able to cool entire house. House is approximately 1600+ sq. Ft. 2.5 ton system can cool 1000 sq.ft. Supply plenum has a tap out of the top, so system can’t build any head pressure to supply house properly. Need to replace plenum and install a new 4 ton system to be able to cool entire home.
NE ac fan motor is running max amps, capacitor is good so fan motor is just on its last leg I recommend replacing it System also low on 410a not very much but the charge is off could’ve always been this way NW ac capacitor is 35/5 reading 30.42/1.01 out of tolerance fan motor not running.. this is system downstairs that’s not cooling, replaced capacitor and system is cooling as it should, charge is low on this unit about the same East ac capacitor 35/5 reading 14.49/1.47 out of tolerance needs replaced, fan motor running 0.86 and data plate max is 0.75 but system is cooling as it should just working really hard without that capacitor, replaced capacitor and fan amps dropped to 0.64 Washed condensers and changed all filters and replaced broken filter grill All systems cooling as they should
OG&E tune up, added 1 lbs.of Freon 410a. Txv was slightly stopped up.
Performed iManifold tune-up for OG&E Commerical Energy Efficiency Program. System was running at 79 percent efficiency at start of job. Checked all system components, everything is working as it should, system is 20yrs old, condenser is has been beat up with hail fairly bad but it’s not causing an issue with the system performance, system is cooling well just not as efficient as it could be because of the age of all of the components, condenser has hail damage which is not causing a problem today but it’s only 71 degrees this morning so I can’t promise that when we get to the 90’s and 100’s that we won’t have an issue but today it’s ok Inside of burners are pretty rusted over but found no cracks Customer asked about replacement so I put together a couple of quotes for replacement options
Found that breaker is bad not allowing enough power to system so it could start up, also noticed that condenser is pretty dirty and needs serviced, I recommend getting into our maintenance program to help preserve your equipment and help lower your energy cost Customer needs to have our electrician come out and change out the 30A breaker in the small panel on the bottom right, Customer is available anytime after 1230pm just let her know that we are on the way
