I called AC Pros to come out and give me a quote for a new unit. They were able to get a guy here in less than 2 hours. They sent Emmanuel. And the reviews that I read about him being fantastic were all spot on. My unit was left by the previous repair man in an inoperable condition. Ok, it doesn't work. But Emmanuel came in and said let me just try to see if I can get it running for you to get some air for you. To which I started crying because I wasn't expecting him to go outside of the scope of just giving me a quote but he did. He's not only a great technician but he's a great human being. He got my unit to run and then he got started on getting me a quote. He was extremely thorough and I just know he knows what he's doing and I know he can be trusted to do a really good job! Two system heating tune up. Inspected blowers furnace and ductwork. Tested for carbon monoxide and gas leaks. Checked all wires and vent pipes. See photos Systems are working properly at this time.
Fall heater maintenance one system. On arrival the system was turned on in heat mode and tested. The blower motor, burners, heat exchanger, flame sensor, igniter, safety switches, inducer capacitor, vent system, gas lines, electrical connections, and duct work were all inspected. The filter was changed with one provided by the homeowner. The system is heating properly at this time.
Zac Preformed maintenance with all proper checks and cleanings. all readings are within range. system is clean and working properly at this time.
Performed system estimate. 44k btu of ac needed for home. Recommending 2 stage or variable for three zone application. Crane will be necessary. 9”,10”,12” damper needed. 12” bypass. Celeste take a look at things on her end and make a decision. Zone board was broken, with her permission I bypassed the board and wired the 2nd floor thermostat into the furnace. Other two thermostats will remain blank and dampers will stay open. Coil looks to be busted so I let her know if water starts to drip, shut system off asap because the coil froze over. Only system for the home and pets in house.
Hi side, refrigerant port cap was left off. Returned and installed and customer is happy.
Apon arrival checked in with customer the following are my findings Found the Drain clogged and the thermostat Unresponsive told the customer we would give her a phone call on Monday for a long term fix for the drain and replace the thermostat there please see pictures attached
Cleared tough drain line for downstairs. System is deaining now. No charge as we just performed maintenance.

Completed ac tune up on newly installed above tub heatpump .
Checked flame sensors and ignighters, replaced filters and performed co test as well as inspected flu pipe and blower motors . Found droplets of water coming from roof down side if flu pipe onto furnace . I let the customer know and they are going to have a roofer come out .
Post install walkthrough on recently installed equipment. Primary drain is completely clogged up. Upon arrival thermostat was blank due to the inline float switch being tripped. In order to keep the air conditioning working I had to bypass the float switch and let the water collect in the secondary pan. Catherine is aware of this. Verified refrigerant charge is good. System is cooling properly at this time.
