Dispatched for a no cool single system home. Arrived and found thermostat to be on. The system was not on. I went to the air handler in the closet and found it to be idle. Outdoor unit was idle as well. I cycled power and tightened everything up and turned it back on and for some reason it came back on. Mike and Susan both stated that this happened last year. I will contact tech support from Goodman/ Diakin tomorrow and find out some facts about what needs to be done for this to be prevented in the future. I am leaving the invoice unpaid for right now. I spoke with Mike about needing to find out what needs to be done.
