Preformed the fall maintenance. Found the unit to be older and nit in the greatest condition. Recommend replacement to prevent future issues and lower electricity bills. The inducer motor is most likely to fail first but the amps on the blower are higher than normal. The hvac systems normally last 10-15 years and the system is currently 22 years old.
