Performed two system maintenance. 2004 trane single stage furnace. Talked to Mrs. Murphy about concern of busted coil and how it could be a potential problem cooling and freezing up this year or the years to follow and that I recommend getting estimates for replacement to get a feel for what prices are on 2024. The 2020 American standard and the 2004 trane are heating at this time. Cleaned flame sensors. No failures at this time.
