Checked system condenser is off from the disconnect breaker. The pressure switch was broken. Jumper the pressure switch. The compressor is operating but it read “bad” on the megohmeter and also refrigerant Smells like a burn out. Talked to Russ and the homeowner . They will sort out this situation. I Would not expect the compressor to make it through this summer and its current condition will over heat/ground out soon.
