The only reason we chose to replace both units with you is because when Zack came out to our house he never pushed the fact that both units were old, and should be replaced. We know this, but kept having random repairs done to keep them working. Because of his professionalism on the job, and not being “pushy “, we chose to replace both HVAC systems in our home.

Called late one day they showed up the next. Justin cleaned my system and configured a new thermostat. Excellent Service.

Made adjustments to thermostat settings. Set up IFC for cooling 2 stage 1 compressor. Adjusted fan speed for cooling. The 12” duct that feeds entry way, office, nursery room, restroom and dining room had a hard 90 exiting the supply plenum. Made repairs to alleviate the pain point.
Performed one system ac maintenance on a 3 year old Goodman straight electric basic system. Cleared out drainline and removed as much water out of the secondary pan as possible. Washed outdoor coil off. System cooling today.
5 ton XL17i gas horizontal schedule for May 21. Running finance later today at 5pm.
Replace return and supply plenum for upstairs air handler. Clean blower assembly level 1
Examined upstairs system, 4 ton air handler that has accumulated biblical growth in supply plenum. Recommended replacement of supply plenum, return plenum because it is made of duct board. Also uv light protection for both upstairs and downstairs air handlers. Follow up phone call scheduled for tomorrow afternoon with Ms. Jo
Performed two system heat pump maintenance. System from 2018. Came across no mechanical failures. Did make recommendations to install start assist kit for each outdoor unit.
Dispatched for no cool on brand new system. Diagnosed and found relay panel to be wired incorrectly. Corrected wiring and reprogrammed thermostat. Adjusted charge to 10 degrees sub cool. System is cooling properly at this time.
Zac Preformed maintenance with all proper checks and cleanings found filter dirty which I changed. I found blower capacitor to be weak, which h/o did not want to replace at this time. all other readings are within range and system was operational as I left.

Preformed the fall maintenance. Found no gas leaks or carbon monoxide. Found the bedroom system to struggle to light due to the gas value and the ignition assembly. Recommend replacement for this system sooner than later. Found the main system to have higher amps and begging to show its age. See pictures.
Swollen 60 mfd capacitor and 5 mfd capacitor for condenser fan motor weak. Installed a 60-5mfd capacitor and system began to operate. Washed condenser coil. R22 levels are good today.
Contactor burnt out, high volt wire burnt as well. Dual capacitor below tolerance. Replaced contactor and capacitor. Also made high volt and low volt wire repairs at condenser. System began to cool well after repairs made. System has enough r410a charge.
