On arrival found the flue pipe to be clogged not enabling the pressure switch h to close. During testing whatever caused the clogged dislodged and the unit is functioning. Explained that the issue mat reoccur and left pricing to replace the flue. Customer is going to monitor the issuse for now.

System was very low on r22 due to the price I recommended system replacement. Customer chose the quoted 2 stage system for install next Tuesday.

When I arrived the condenser fan motor would not run. This was due to a bad capacitor. After replacement the fan began to run and system began to cool. Both the fan and compressor showed good amp draws showing no damage done to them from this issue. Did note a temperature difference of only 12 degrees showing the system to be slightly low on r22 refrigerant, customer states she has been told this before and knows the system has a small leak but has a home warranty.

Completed post install Inspection found everything working properly Customer had concerns about Inconsistency and temperatures throughout the upstairs unit Inform the customer about moving the thermostat they understand and will give us a phone call back with there decision please see pictures attached in estimates

Found system with 0 psi so I went to evap coil first with leak detector and quickly found leak In this R22 system that's not in warranty. Customer is ready to purchase a step up from what he did have but wants to wait until life is in town on Thursday And would like us to go ahead and set an appointment for the afternoon.

Perform leak test found leak on inside of evaporate coil as well Copper Line set probably due to roofing that nicked line set Please see pictures attached Customer is moving forward with system replacement
