Finally corrected the AC system extra sensor located in our bedroom. It had been too hot in our bedroom. Previous technicians did not know to change the main thermostat menu temperature detection from the thermostat to the external sensor. Now the AC Unit does not shut off until the temperature in our room reaches the desired temperature.

Zac Preformed 2 system heating maintenance with all proper checks and cleanings.. found filters to be the wrong size. adjusted thermostat calibration. replaced batteries in sensor. systems are working properly at this time.
AC performance tune-up times one system. Gentleman in the home said that the attic access was in the garage but was totally unaccessible due to overstorage. All I got to do today was check the outdoor unit. System is 28 years old. It is low on r22. The contactor is weak. I'm going to make a recommendation for a complete 3.5 ton system.

Masterbedroom was not cooling installed 930 wireless sensor about a year ago. Assign sensor to Masterbedroom bedroom 100%, where it get all of the weight. Will not shut off until room reaches temperature of sensor. Told homeowner to give us some feedback in the morning.
AC performance tuneup times two systems. Changed out filters client supplied. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Treated and flushed primary drain lines. Check outdoor units. Refrigerant levels are good on both systems. Washed condenser coil‘s. Tested capacitors and contactors on upstairs system, downstairs doesn’t have them. Systems are operating at manufacture specs at this time.
Installed humidity sensor in Masterbedroom area. Link to z wave network. Also adjusted airflow on upstairs to add more air to media room.
Post install walk-through on recently installed equipment. Verified units are level and square and drains are sloped properly. Added backe plates for the thermostats upstairs and downstairs. Air balanced to get more airflow to the master bedroom. Verified both systems are charged properly. I advised Sperry that the adjustments are made should be sufficient to cool her bedroom and office.
