Dispatched for a no cool upstairs. Found blower motor defective. I will get a new motor Monday and verify warranty status.
The primary drain was clogged again. On the previous visit I cleared the drain but I did not check the PVC coming straight out of the coil. Found a piece of trash in there that I should’ve found before. System is draining properly at this time.
AC performance tune up times two systems. Installed quick blast and the upstairs to clear primary drain. Verified filters are good. Check outdoor units. Refrigerant levels are good at this time. Check capacitors and contactors. Wash condenser coils. Systems are cooling properly at this time.
