AC performance tuneup times due systems. Filters need to be changed before it reaches 90°. Inspect ductwork, drains, refrigerant levels. Check thermostats for proper operations. Wash condenser coils.
No heat. On arrival the system was turned on in heating mode but the air conditioner started running. The wiring was examined and the reversing valve was found to be wired to constant power causing the unit to run an air conditioning even with a call for heat. The wiring was changed in order to allow the thermostat to control the reversing valve. The system was then tested and both the heat pump and emergency heater are working at this time.
Dispatch to look at a unit that we looked at a couple of months ago. Arrived and added 2 lb of r410a. System is cooling properly at this time.
