AC performance tuneup x 1 system. Home is a zoned system. One system multiple thermostats. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. System is barely 4 years old. Documented all findings, amp draw, temperatures, settings. Drains are flowing at this time. Check outdoor unit. Refrigerant level is good. Found a small leak on the Schrader on the low side outside. Made necessary repairs to stop the refrigerant leak. Added may be 6 ounces of R 410A. Checked capacitor and contactor. Washed condenser coil system is operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
Checked thermostat out, problem was that it needed to be reset after thermostat battery replacement. Confirmed furnace was going to work. No issues heating. I replaced the 20x25x1 air filter in the attic.
On arrivalfound the blower motor capacitor to. Out of specifications. Ustomers are selling the house and opted to just replace the cap at this time. Military dicount
