Noise outside from the condenser. Had client turn on system and found the blade to be slightly out of balance. Advised client we would order new motor and blade for unit. System is a 17 seer with the additional coil on the inside of the condenser. Removed. And straightened inside part of the coil. Also vacuumed out leaves and washed unit. What's the thermostat to put into second stage manually. System would not kick into second stage. Zone board was not configured for a two-stage outdoor unit.
