Our AC was slowly leaking freon. We invited five AC companies in for proposals. After careful consideration of companies, products, and prices, we felt AC Today was the best choice for us. They installed a new AC and furnace system and did a very professional job. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the installation and our system.

Ac service system had a extremely clogged drain and full secondary pan air handler have a bad biological growth in it the system is from 2008
The technician arrived and checked the system. The AC is operating within manufacturers specs.
I found the outside of the air handler cabinet has a bad condensation problem. I found the blower running very slow. I adjusted the speed of the blower. The unit seems to be running properly now. I didn’t find the surge protection and relay that was supposed installed on Tuesday. The customer stated the surge outside that in the picture was installed last year with the older Bill. Not sure where the relay was replaced. Customer is very irritated and doesn’t want Billy back to her house in the future.
The technician arrived and found a bad compressor. There seem to be a power surge of some sort. We need to contact York in the morning first thing and check if the compressor is in stock. If so, we need to contact the customer and let him know when we are 15 minutes away. We will return and install a warranty coil and a surge protection. The customer has 10 year parts and labor. The capacitor was already installed.
Ac maintenance: unit is operating to manufacture spec. Added surge protection and ks1 relay.
Ac maintenance on 2016 trane split system
ac 2-2 maintenance system is 9 years old found weak run cap and growth starting in air handler bill pulled and cleaned coil and blower off the books and supposedly changed the run cap says the customer. Customer did not want to renew maintenance and did not want run cap
Water dripping. Found bottom of system condensating. Found dirty filter and clogged drain cleared drain system is now draining and cooling
Unit in new condition and cooling properly.
New homeowner. Transfer of Platunim plan to this customer. Waive service charge with repair. Customer had parts warranty only. Found burnt wiring to capacitor. Changed capacitor and replaced wire. Unit is now operating to manufacture spec.
Unit not running. Find air handler not getting power. Find bad light switch disconnect. No replacement on truck. Bypass switch. Start unit. Unit cooling properly. Need to return to change out switch.
Unit leaking water. Drain line clogged. Vacuum flush drain line and install pan treatment tablet. Safety was tilted up and wouldn’t raise. Correct safety.
Air conditioning maintenance performed on 2 trane systems, customer is always happy to see his favorite technician 😁
