After a previous issue I experienced, I was contacted by Melissa who was determined to make things right for me. She scheduled Jake who came out and gave me a thorough inspection and honest discussion about my unit. He told me about different financing options for when I am ready to purchase a new unit. There was no pressure and, when he left, I felt informed and valued as a customer. I also felt empowered to make a good decision regarding my current unit. I feel Melissa went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and Jake was extremely professional and courteous. Both of these employees are perfect examples of exemplary customer service.
