Jeff came out today and worked on our system. Found the issue quickly and had a solution in no time. A/C Today has installed units for a couple properties and always rely on them.
Right from the beginning it was a very positive experience. Estimate was scheduled in a timely fashion that fit our schedule. Billy was upfront and positive in our conversations and made me feel comfortable with both he and AC Today. We were able to get our new unit installed in a very timely manner on a schedule that worked for us. Guys were on time and did a great job of installation.

I called A/C Today because a Neighbor referred me. The service tech was here within 2 hours. A/C Today offered the Best Price and warranty! I’m so pleased with them. A/C goes in the next day!! Awesome!!

Ac unit not cooling. Turn unit on and blowing heat. Find thermostat lost its programming. Reprogram unit for heat pump. Restart unit. Unit now in cooling mode and cooling properly.
York 2020, customer has parts & labor warranty
Find unit low on refrigerant. Get permission to install uv dye and add 2lbs r-410a. Unit cooling properly. Will return with uv light to to locate leak.
The technician arrived to check a condensate issue at the ac condenser. The technician found the line set slightly sweating. I explained that this is normal in the heat of the summer. The technician checked the entire AC system. It’s operating properly and cooling properly as well. The customer was very happy and praised AC Today.

Ac maintenance performed on a newer York. The customer declined a renewal maintenance plan. He stated he doesn’t believe in them and he will call the company once a year to have service.
This customer is a little crazy. Not sure if we can help this customer. I will have to go over this with ray on Monday. Customer is very paranoid and says the voc is bothering her. The system is a front draw so we probably won’t be able to help her.
The technician returned and installed a warranty heater. The system is operating within manufacturers specs.
Ductwork estimate. I sent estimate to David. He will call Monday to see when we can perform the work.
Return To run another financing company. The customer got financed for the $6000. We will return tomorrow morning to install the new system.
