We called them to come out, and they were timely. Once here they showed us all parts that needed repair (the parts were indeed fried) and they replaced them fast with no drama or pushy upselling. We will be BACK when it is time to upgrade our unit.

Replaced a broken motor in a Carrier furnace.
Diagnosed a broken control board on a furnace.
Performed preventative maintenance on a Payne furnace, and cleared a primary line that was clogged. Installed a float switch to prevent damage to the ceiling and drain pan.
Replaced a broken surface ignitor. Unit is now heating, and the unit was given a preventative maintenance performance.
Replaced a control board on a Goodman furnace. Cycled the unit four times and everything is running fine with no issues.
Fixed a Goodman AC that had a dirty sensor.
Fixed a fir down heater that had a burned out heatkit and dirty coil.
Fixed a clogged drain under a Lennox air conditioner.
Clear drain line. Found the drain pan to be too short so it will need to be replaced. At this time there are no signs of any other crack or leak.
Replaced condensing fan motor and added a 5uf run cap. The air filter is clean and the house is receiving a 18 degrees temp difference, and there are no other issues at this time.
Cleared drain line. Proper flow through draining system.
