2nd service call from A/C Wizard, first guy seemed pretty sharp and thorough and efficient. Today, Mr. Hicks hopefully got the job done. He seemed a little questionable as he would mumble as if to be talking to himself while he was evaluating the gas furnace.. Kind of made me wonder if he knew what he was doing.

Tuned up a Goodman AC and made some recommendations to improve it.
Fixed a Carrier AC that had a shorted out contactor.
Do they eat in the evaporator coil need to replace evap coil
Diagnosed 2 Carrier air conditioners with a leak in them.
Fixed a Trane AC that had an airflow problem freezing up.
Found a loose connection at the unit’s control board. Cleaned the heating components, and the unit is back up running!
Inspected four Bryant furnaces. All are heating, and there are no issues.
Fixed a Trane AC that had a broken thermostat.
This 2016 Carrier had a shorted out contactor. Replaced the contactor along with a 3amp fuse and the thermostat is back up!
Found a bad run capacitor causing the compressor to not turn on, replaced it and homeowner has cold air again.
