Daniel and Jay provided excellent service. Daniel explained every step of the process and was able to resolve the issue. Even suggested coil cleaning to reduce electricity which I used.
Gabe was our technician and he was wonderful. Very respectful to us and very respectful to our home. He covered his feet and was wearing a mask the whole time he was here. He explained exactly what was happening and why we were having the issue we were having, and he instructed us on what to do to not have this problem again. He was very knowledgeable about his trade. I also really appreciate it a text and a phone call from their office to let me know that he was 15 minutes out from getting here.

My wife and I assumed that we would be without upstairs AC for the weekend until James with AC Wizard said they would come back with a new fan blade. We would expect to hear this from a contractor and then get a call that they would be back on Monday. Not with AC Wizard! They actually came back and made the repair. Great customer service!
Fixed a York AC that needed a fan motor replaced.
Visually inspected the furnace. Listed a few upgrade options, and performed a small preventative maintenance.
Diagnosed a leaking condenser on a Goodman AC.
Performed fall maintenance on two Lennox units. Both furnaces are efficient, and at this time there are no issues.
Worked on 2 Trane/American Standard air conditioners
Cleared out drain line and reattached duct
Changed out control board and defrost board
Will need to return to fix leak on condenser
