Fixed a furnace that had a sensor intermittently working.
Fixed a Carrier AC that had a loose wireplug and a refrigerant leak.
Performed a small maintenance on the unit after we found a loose connection. Furnace is now heating with no issues.
Cleared the primary drain line and the emergency drain line to ensure there were no clogs. At this time there are no issues.
Performed fall maintenance on two Lemnos units. Both units are heating as normal and all of the filters have been checked and replaced!
The control board was sending an open limit switch error. We checked continuity between the terminals and the switch showed no signs of anything wrong. The unit kicked on as we installed the wires back to the switch, and there are no more issues.
Fixed a Carrier AC that had damper motors broken and a damper sticking.
Diagnosed a broken air handler on an Armstrong Air AC.
Diagnosed a broken blower module on an Armstrong Air AC.
Fixed a Rheem AC that needed a new capacitor.
