I appreciated that they narrowed down an appointment time, gave me 30 min warning that they were on their way and showed up on time. Rigo was knowlegable and helpful in troubleshooting my problem. Turns out my coils were freezing over because I wasn't changing out my air filter, so the frozen over coils were blocking the airflow. They were thawed out by the time the tech arrived, so we were good to go. I thought the pricing kind of steep. $99 to inspect my equipment and tell me my coils froze over just seems (OUCH!) high. $35/hr would have been fair. Still, I'm grateful for the peace of mind. It really sucks when your house is hot and humid.

Fixed an Oxbox AC that had a broken thermostat.
Fixed a Frigidaire furnace that had a loose connector plug.
Fixed a Frigidaire heater that had some broken heat seauencers.
Fixed a Carrier AC that had a broken capacitor and fan.
Found a dirty flame sensor on an Arcoaire furnace. Cleaned it using some sandpaper cloth and visually inspected the other components. Delta T was in range and furnace is operating as normal.
Replaced a heat for a First Co. air handler. The unit is heating and there are no issues at this time.
Replaced a single pole contactor. The delta T is now operational and there are no more mechanical failures at this time.
Replaced the control board on a Nordyne Air Handler. The unit kicked on and is now cooling, with a good Delta T!
Fixed a York AC that had a broken thermostat.
Fixed a clogged drain on a Goodman AC.
Replaced a 60-10 run capacitor causing the condenser to not work. It’s now operational.
