I appreciated that they narrowed down an appointment time, gave me 30 min warning that they were on their way and showed up on time. Rigo was knowlegable and helpful in troubleshooting my problem. Turns out my coils were freezing over because I wasn't changing out my air filter, so the frozen over coils were blocking the airflow. They were thawed out by the time the tech arrived, so we were good to go. I thought the pricing kind of steep. $99 to inspect my equipment and tell me my coils froze over just seems (OUCH!) high. $35/hr would have been fair. Still, I'm grateful for the peace of mind. It really sucks when your house is hot and humid.
