Michael was the best repair person I’ve ever had perform a service on my home. Not only was he able to fix my problem, which was not the original issue I thought I was having, he was able to communicate the functionality of the unit and why I was having the issue I had. I know nothing about ac units and he broke it down where I could understand how it works. He’s an excellent service professional.

Performed a preventative maintenance on a Carrier Furnace. All heating components are running efficiently and the system is free of Carbon Monoxide.
Checked condenser because it was not turning on, found a bad breaker so an electrician will come change it out.
Cleared both the primary line and the emergency line. The leak has come to a stop, and there are no more issues at this time!
Replaced a capacitor and checked the windings to the compressor. Delta T was in range and the unit was cooling.
Replaced the run capacitor for the fan motor and swapped out the control board. The unit is operating and cooling!
The primary line was clogged so I cleared it, and I vacuumed the excess water in the emergency drain pan to prevent any leak coming from the unit.
Thermostat was not connected correctly, addressed issue and the unit is cooling again.
Fixed a Carrier AC that had a shorted out thermostat wire.
Replaced an 825rpm CFM and added a 5 microfarad run cap. The Freon pressures looked and good and the house is cooling again!
