Was able to detect an issue with the upstairs sink. Installed two float switches for future safety.
Performed fall maintenance on two Carrier Furnaces. Both units are producing a good delta T and there are no issues.
Fixed a Goodman AC that had a clogged drainline.
Fixed a York furnace that had a broken ignitor.
Cleared primary and secondary lines and added a hanging kit to ensure proper drainage.

Fixed a Trane AC that needed a start kit to stop a compressor from melting wires.

Diagnosed a leaking Lennox air conditioner.
Diagnosed a Goodman AC with uneven cooling across the house.
The compressor was off upon arrival and no refrigerant was passing through the liquid line. Replaced run cap and checked the pressures. The unit is now cooling and there are no other mechanical issues at this time!
Replaced an 80 microfarad capacitor. Temp difference between the supply plenum and the return was between 15-17 degrees. The house is cooling and at this time there are no other issues.
