Fixed a Honeywell thermostat that had loose connections on the wiring.
Fixed a Lennox furnace that needed a new control board.
Performed fall maintenance on a Trane air handler. All heating components are working and the filter is clean!
Cleared out drain lines for the ac units. Units are draining properly.
Found a leak in the evaporator coil. We will need to submit it in to American Home Shield for a replacement.

Unit’s contactor was faulty. Replaced the contactor and checked pressures. The Freon levels looks good. Unit is running as normal.
