Brandon was very courteous and thorough checking the A/C and furnace. He took pictures of various components that were included in the final assessment that was sent to me via e-mail. He explained the condition of the units when he was completed doing the service.

Our furnace went out at 9 PM on a Sunday night. I called, expecting to get a voicemail, but to my surprise the phone was answered. The individual on the phone walked me through some basic troubleshooting actions to see if that would fix the issue. Unfortunately, it did not. They were able to get me an appointment first thing the next morning at 8 AM. The technician was on time, prompt, courteous, professional and communicated openly. My unit was almost 15 years old, so he gave me options to fix the issue or to replace due to age. We opted to replace the furnace and AC unit. I was traveling during the week and they were very flexible and work around our schedules to get everything replaced within two days. I cannot say enough about my experience with access heating and air. Thank you so much

We called at 7:30 pm on a Friday night and the phone was answered!! We scheduled an appointment for the next day at 2:00. We got a call at 8:00am Saturday morning stating they had an extra tech and could they come immediately. YES!!!! John was very friendly, and very professional!! I highly recommend this company!!

Ac maintenance and service. System is running ok. Outdoor condenser fan motor is running hot and causing excessive wear on the compressor. Average life is 10-15 years, ac is 28+ years old.
Completed prepaid AC maintenance. System is eight years old and in good condition just is beginning to accumulate on the blower wheel and condenser coil. Recommend cleaning in the future to ensure continued efficient operation.
Air conditioner tune ups on both units. Main level ac is really struggling, needs a new outdoor condenser fan motor for proper operation this summer. Also need to reattach the disconnect to the wall for main level unit. Will be back to complete the work next week. Paid half down, remainder when completed. Both ac’s are 19 years old, average life is 10-15 years. Start saving to replace the units.
