He was professional and very helpful in letting me know what steps we can take for our AC unit to run more efficiently. My technician, Derrick was on time, professional, and personable. His inspection seemed to be thorough, while offering good information regarding the current condition of my system, along with recommendations for repair and maintenance. There was no out-of-pocket cost today, as I have a maintenance plan with Access Heating. His cost estimates for future work appears to be competitive.

Cleaned Trane clean effects filter, verified timers and status monitors reset.
Ac maintenance and service. System is running poorly and outdoor fan motor is overheating today. System is 11 years old. Average life is 10-15 years. Renewing maintenance program and coming back out tomorrow to go over options for replacement.
Performed AC maintenance/start up on a new system. All is functioning good. Recommendations of doing zoning and adding in an air scrubber for better indoor air quality.
