I called on a Saturday because our water heater would not light. Expecting that they would not be able to come out until Monday. But the receptionist told me they are 24/7 day service. Brandon came 30 min. later and got our water heater to light and checked it all out. Thank you for the excellence service.

Bled air out of gas line, relit water heater and verified operation.
Check humidifier operation. All is operating properly, humidifier canister needs to be replaced. Check the zone operation per customer request all is operating properly. Checked operation on both stats all is working properly checked upstairs temperature calibration all is OK. Upstairs has abundance of air upstairs due to only zone calling. Only recommendation is to bypass some air and relieve into downstairs area.

Ac and furnace maintenance and service. Several potential faults on outdoor system. Potential fault with the outdoor fan motor and the voltage storage device is reading below manufacture recommendedations. Will be coming back tomorrow to complete work. Ac is 13 years old. Average life is 10-15 years. Furnace is new. Paying tomorrow when completing the work.
Checked system operation found condenser fan motor bearings are bad. Motor needs to be replaced for proper operation along with proper dual capacitor. Compressor appears to be operating at this time
