Had a bad start due there disturbitor sent the wrong part. They recieved the new part and they got right after it and took care of the problem right away they were right on top of it. I called Access as the new controller board that had been installed was slow to heat the house. They worked with me on scheduling and sent the same technician out as he was familiar with the system. He adjusted the temperature at no charge.

Ac maintenance and service. Air filter was left because new one recently installed. Will be coming back to complete repairs end of May. See notes on account regarding order details and payment details. Ac is 22 years old. Average life is 10-15 years. A heat pump would help save power bills during the winter months.

Completed pre-paid furnace maintenance and replaced air filter. Customer stated strange sound coming from the air conditioner when it first started for the season. Noise due to low ambient temperatures causing refrigerant migration. If the issue persists, recommend installing a crank case heater to alleviate strain on the compressor and eliminate the noise.
