Called this morning when I noticed the compressor wasn't turning on and had the cold air blowing by 1pm! Great job, prompt service and love the ap that lets you track your tech when he is on his way.

AC Repair

Derrick came out arriving on time. He worked quickly and neatly. The system is working. The AC unit is significantly quieter than it has been in years. I rated the cost/price as middle of the road -because I thought it quite expensive; however, I have no idea of the cost of the materials used, nor the amount of coolant required. That said he did present me with options and I could have gone much cheaper (i.e. have less of the system repaired). Access does quality work and comes out quickly. The dispatch lady provided my wife troubleshooting methods that helped identify the problem and helped us limp along until service arrived. We like Access and Derrick did good work.

Amazing Service

Pam with Access Air set up an appointment for James to come evaluate my current system. She was professional and courteous. James came out, tested my equipment, presented me with option, listened to my concerns, customized what could be done to meet the needs of my home and is setting up an appointment for installation. I am amazed at the quality of service. James listened, treated me with respect and I am coming away from this feeling like I was able to make an informed and practical as well as affordable decision. Replace check valve for circulation pump for water heater. Re-leveled mini split heat pump outside, installed elbow and extended down condensation drain for the mini split system. Informed Lynn how to clean her filtration system. Performed air conditioning maintenance and cleaned filter, flushed out water heater and replaced bulb for Air Scrubber on return side.

Did full AC system check and full system evaluation the system is presently operating at this time. Observations - Dale mentioned to me the upstairs man cave gets hot when the furnace is running. - noticed that the furnace blower motor has dust and debris built up - noticed that the ne AC system has no surge protection installed

Found the control board is bad and not operating properly causing the exhaust motor to not start up. Recommend repairs: 1. The motherboard control is bad 2. The blower motor is going out and having a hard time starting 3. Replacement of the capacitor starter for the motor The system has only 3 to 4 months of limited parts only warranty left

Completed furnace maintenance and replaced filter. All furnace components are working properly at this time. Furnace is two years old, and with continued preventative maintenance will remain under manufacturer warranty for eight more years. Completed fireplace maintenance, noticed blower wheel is rattling and noisy discussed replacement options with customer. Customer is interested in replacement in the fall.

Heating system checked and serviced. System is running properly. Recommend the addition of a whole home humidifier. System is 2 years old, average life is 10-15 years.

Heating system maintenance and checks on both furnaces. Cleaned the flame sensors on both furnaces. Will be back tomorrow to install new igniters, both are reading below manufacture specifications. Cleaned both furnaces as best as possible. Appears to not have had maintenance done since the systems were installed 12 years ago. Both systems are 12 years old. Average is 10-15 years. Recommend continuing maintenance to avoid any future issues and to extend the life.

Installed new air scrubber light bulb. Also including an 8 year warranty for any future light bulbs. Covered til 2026 til the total system runs out of warranty. Also left extra media filter for March 2019.
