David called 45 minutes ahead off appt time to alert us of his arrival. Smartly dressed and friendly in every way. Highly recommended. I use the Gold service option. Four times yearly service. Usually in our absence.

We had a rodent problem so the a/c ducts & air handler, were a mess. Robert took pictures of problems in the attic, air handler, explained everything too us before the job was started. He discussed a few things (not included in the quote) that should be done & quoted a price before proceeding. Very honest & professional. From customer service, Becky & Theresa, to the technicians, Robert & Brian, GOOD JOB. Highly recommend ACR.
