Price a bit high with the easy access to the unit from the garage ceiling, no furniture in the house to work around and very low amount of dirt in the ducts. Both service technicians very good and informed me on everything they did and was professional.

Customer of AAC&R for ten years now, because of their integrity and awesome service. Recently I had a significant A/C and mold issue (due to my negligence in maintenance) and Tom & Becky immediately returned my call, provided a detailed estimate, and got me on the schedule. The crew, led by Shawn, showed up on time and diligently worked, explaining what they were doing and showed what was being fixed. When finished, they meticulously cleaned the work area and left it better than when they arrived. And the final bill was less than the estimate! Very happy with ACR, Tom and all of his crew. They replaced my 17 year old AC system with a much more efficient package. I had a challenging space to work in with constraints related to my water heater and softener and they made sure it all worked out. I would definitely recommend them!
