Customer of AAC&R for ten years now, because of their integrity and awesome service. Recently I had a significant A/C and mold issue (due to my negligence in maintenance) and Tom & Becky immediately returned my call, provided a detailed estimate, and got me on the schedule. The crew, led by Shawn, showed up on time and diligently worked, explaining what they were doing and showed what was being fixed. When finished, they meticulously cleaned the work area and left it better than when they arrived. And the final bill was less than the estimate! It is so nice to have a company I can trust to communicate, provide quality service, and honest and fair pricing. Thank you!

3 men who came from ACR to clean our air ducts were all great. They worked well together, and showed us exactly what they were doing and why. They were in the house and in the attic and just all over and available for questions at any time. So extremely helpful at answering questions as well as doing all of their work!

HVAC Installation and system cleanup

Tom and his team did an outstanding job in overhauling the home’s cooling and air quality system. The job included removing the old AC, installing a new one with UV light and cleaning the entire house. They were thorough, timely and super professional.

A little confused

So when I was quoted over the phone at one price when the technicians came to the home, they started to say that we needed extra services and the price greatly increased. I understand there were some factors contribute to this but it kind of felt like a bait and switch, and from the looks of it we were not honor the military discount either

Great Service and Extra Care

Chris abd the team came to my home and cleaned my AC unit removing some mold. Then they cleaned my vents and my all my ducts. They also cleaned by bathroom fans. Additionally they cleaned by dryer vents. This was to improve my air quality.
