Complex repair

ACR did good job to eventually fix my AC unit. A series of things went wrong as they fixed each issue, but ultimately got it all fixed and it works great.

Our Tech Dave, noticed a clearly stressed wire and asked if I want to replace it. Left alone the wire can cause a short and effect other components in the condenser. Dave didn't have to mention the wire (everything was still working today), but I am glad he did. No one wants an unnecessary service call if it can be avoided. This is the kind of service ACR produces daily.

Recently I had a significant A/C and mold issue (due to my negligence in maintenance) and Tom & Becky immediately returned my call, provided a detailed estimate, and got me on the schedule. The crew, led by Shawn, showed up on time and diligently worked, explaining what they were doing and showed what was being fixed. When finished, they meticulously cleaned the work area and left it better than when they arrived. And the final bill was less than the estimate! 3 men who came from ACR to clean our air ducts were all great. They worked well together, and showed us exactly what they were doing and why. HVAC Installation and system cleanup

Tom and his team did an outstanding job in overhauling the home’s cooling and air quality system. The job included removing the old AC, installing a new one with UV light and cleaning the entire house. They were thorough, timely and super professional.
